Did you ever wonder how the Church is always set-up for the weekend Mass, Baptisms, Funerals and other Liturgical days of observance?  How the items for baptisms are always in place and seats families of those receiving  Sacraments, how the altar is prepared and candles always seem to always be lit? Even the books that Father Tim will use to celebrate the Mass are in place. All of this is done by parishioners who participate in the Sacristan Ministry.  Sacristans are the folks working behind the scenes of our liturgy assisting Father Tim and visiting priests at the altar, especially if there is no Deacon present to help with preparation. We are so thankful for the members of the Sacristan team that help us meet the parish liturgical needs every day.
