Altar Server Ministry

The Altar Server Ministry is open to any young Catholic boy or girl who is currently in the 4th grade or higher and has received their First Holy Communion. It is a special ministry of St. Anastasia because it allows the youth of the parish to experience their faith through service to their God and their Church. By actively participating in this very personal way, they not only serve as a model to other young members of our parish but also are able to receive the blessings in building their own faith. Altar Servers assist the priest and deacons in the Mass and some times, with special events (i.e. funerals, weddings, memorial services, etc.).
