Details: St. Anastasia Catholic Church’s “Healthcare Ministry” is welcoming nine local organizations to discuss a wide array of Health and Wellness related topics as they relate to seniors. Guest speakers will each have ten minutes to present ways you can maintain or improve your lifestyles by discussing and demonstrating physical exercises and activities you can do, or become involved with, here in St. Augustine.
Invited Speakers: Hartley Chiropractic, YMCA Silver Sneakers, Council on Aging, Arrow Rehabilitation, Home Instead, Stars Physical Therapy, Silver Creek Senior Living, Orthopedic Associates of St. Augustine, Brooks Rehabilitation “Stepping On”
