Alzheimer’s caregivers frequently report experiencing high levels of stress. It can be overwhelming to take care of a loved one with Alzheimer’s or other dementia, but too much stress can be harmful to both of you. Having a supportive environment to talk to others who know the road you’re on can offer some relief.

Certified Dementia Practitioner Bebe Kelly shares insight and information about how to navigate the challenges of memory loss, and share your experiences with others touched by Alzheimer’s or Dementia. If you’re caring for someone with memory loss or are newly diagnosed, you’ll find support, understanding and encouragement.

This support group meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month at 10:00 am at Saint Anastasia in the St. Anthony Community Center.
